Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries through various channels, offering information on available machinery and pricing.
- Oversee the rental process from initiation to completion, including contract issuance, order processing, and coordinating delivery or pickup of equipment.
- Keep precise records of all rentals, encompassing contracts, invoices, and equipment status.
- Collaborate with drivers and operators to ensure timely scheduling of deliveries and pickups.
