Senior/Supervising Social Worker Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Supervising Social Worker to join our inspirational and friendly team in Cymru South. Our office is based in Bridgend, and we support the hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and promote fostering services within Cymru South
  • Work closely with foster carers and children in care
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and case management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to foster carers
