Job Overview

**Trustee Chair of the Board**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Trustee Chair of the Board for COREcruitment Ltd, a leading recruitment agency in the leisure and wellbeing sector. As a key member of our board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the board and executive team
  • Develop and implement effective governance practices to ensure the organization's long-term success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local councils and community groups
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our organizational strategy
  • Ensure the effective management of our resources and finances
  • Represent the organization at key events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the leisure and wellbeing sector
  • Strong governance and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of organizational governance and risk management
  • Ability to commit to regular board meetings and other organizational events
