We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Front of House team and enhance the overall clubhouse experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring a high level of service and hospitality to members and guests.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive member experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall clubhouse experience, including menu development, event planning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the golf course management team to ensure seamless integration of golf and clubhouse operations.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the clubhouse operates within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a golf club or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members, guests, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, event planning, and customer service.
