As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs. You'll be responsible for leading by example, making sure the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  2. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  3. Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
  4. Think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
