We are in search of a talented Building Systems Commissioning Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing significant projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive and technical expertise to manage exciting Building Management System (BMS) projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies across various sectors, including commercial properties, healthcare facilities, and data centers.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commissioning of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and control systems as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Develop your own software strategies and graphical interfaces.
  • Conduct physical wiring inspections and initiate plant startups, providing technical assistance to other trades and subcontractors while troubleshooting to identify system issues.

What Qualifications Are Required?

  • Proven experience in commissioning BEMS and control systems, particularly with Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 technologies.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for fostering effective relationships with team members and clients.
  • Experience in creating your own software strategies and graphical interfaces, demonstrating unmatched professionalism and commitment.
  • A valid driving license is necessary due to the requirement for frequent travel.
