About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Support Engineer to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining our cutting-edge telecommunication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, install, test, and commission telecoms equipment, including fiber optic cables, routers, and switches.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest telecoms technologies and best practices through continuous learning.
  • Document technical procedures and configurations to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecoms Engineer or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications principles, networking protocols, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license (Manual License) and the ability to travel.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the telecoms industry.
  • Familiarity with fiber optics, copper cabling, and network testing tools (a plus).
