Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Joinery Finisher. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of finish on our new housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patch plastering and other finishing tasks.
• Utilize your joinery skills to enhance the overall quality of the builds.
• Collaborate with other trades, including plumbing and tiling, to ensure seamless project completion.

Qualifications:

• Possession of an NVQ or equivalent certification in Joinery.
• Demonstrated ability to perform various trades effectively.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Experience in working on new residential developments is essential.

Work Conditions:

• This position offers ongoing work for the right candidate.
• Standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
• Compensation is available through either CIS or PAYE options.
