Asbestos Surveyor Analyst - Join a Leading Environmental Consultancy

Our client, a prominent multi-disciplinary consultancy, specializes in asbestos management across various sectors including government facilities, financial institutions, and residential projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Mandatory BOHS P402, P403, P404 certifications.
  • Proven experience in asbestos surveying and air quality monitoring.
  • While extensive experience is advantageous, our client is willing to support the development of existing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Expertise in air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal oversight.
  • In-depth understanding of UK asbestos regulations.
  • Competent IT skills with familiarity in TEAMS systems.

Key Duties:

  • Evaluate asbestos removal processes, identify debris, and ensure adherence to HSG 247 clearance protocols.
  • Oversee specific client accounts, maintaining effective communication with clients and management regarding site activities.
  • Promptly process samples and produce timely final reports.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through regular training sessions and toolbox talks.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members.
