As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage electrical site teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- Develop and implement electrical site plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on electrical site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Recognized electrical apprenticeship or trade certification.
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience, preferably in electrical construction.
- Experience in managing electrical design and build projects over €5 million.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in project management software.
- IOSH certificate in managing safety and environmental management (desirable).
- NEBOSH certificate (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
