Experienced Nursery Manager

KiddyKare is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team in an established Day Nursery in East Sheen.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including overseeing planning and record-keeping.
- Work closely with parents and carers to maintain excellent relationships and ensure a smooth transition for children.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with current policies and procedures, ensuring the nursery remains compliant and efficient.
- Assist the manager with maintaining accurate accounts for the nursery, ensuring financial transparency and responsibility.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of regular staff, planning, and parent meetings, as well as other events, to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Previous experience in managing a room or team within a nursery.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
