Job Title: HGV C+E Driver - Nights

Job Description:

Pertemps Sheffield is recruiting experienced Class C+E Night Drivers to work on behalf of a leading logistics company. As a vital part of our client's operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HGV C+E vehicles on night shifts, adhering to strict schedules and routes.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with transport managers to plan delivery schedules and optimize routes.
  • Supervise and assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor traffic reports and adjust routes as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and logbooks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Held LGV C+E license for a minimum of 6 months with no more than 6 points and free from serious endorsements for insurance purposes.
  • Valid CPC Card / DIGI card.
