Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Operative to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread, muffins, and rolls as part of a production line team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality baked goods on a production line
  • Supporting shift leaders to achieve production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
  • Working in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment
  • Standing for up to 12 hours per shift, with the potential for heavy lifting

Requirements:

  • Reliable and flexible with the ability to work across departments
  • Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work full-time for a long-term basis
