Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Party Materials Manager to join our team at Pod Talent. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and stability of our inbound supply plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to achieve inventory targets and high service levels to key customers.
  • Take ownership of the materials planning process, including building and optimizing a master supply plan.
  • Measure, control, and report key performance indicators, providing monthly net requirements as part of the S&OP cycle.
  • Ensure correct inventory levels at depots by monitoring and adjusting distribution plans.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with 3rd party vendors/suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with SAP IBP / SAP S4.
