Salt Search is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join our team for a 3-month rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Local Government and experience in CRM Business Analysis. The role will involve analysing, designing, and optimising CRM systems to enhance council services. The successful candidate will work closely with the digital delivery manager, development, and testing teams to map business processes and provide insights to drive CRM-based solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. Key responsibilities include CRM process mapping, documentation and implementation, stakeholder consulting, and AI and digital solutions. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in Local Government. **Key Responsibilities:**

* CRM Process Mapping: Analyse current service processes and identify opportunities for CRM-driven digital transformation and optimisation.
* Documentation & Implementation: Create detailed process documentation and collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into CRM functionalities.
* Stakeholder Consulting: Engage stakeholders to gather CRM requirements, provide expert advice, and design streamlined processes for improved service delivery.
* AI & Digital Solutions: Monitor the integration of AI solutions with CRM platforms, and provide insights to drive CRM-based solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
