About the Role:

SW Education & Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each young person's needs
  • Support young people in discovering and pursuing their passions
  • Collaborate with the team to create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a willingness to achieve it
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Passionate about working with children and young people
  • Experience in residential childcare or similar settings is preferred
