Amazon Social Media Communications Lead

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced social media lead to join our dynamic European Social Media Communications team. This role involves developing and executing impactful social media strategies, collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content, and managing agency relationships for optimal results.

  • Lead UK Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement the social media strategy for Amazon's brand handles in the UK market.
  • Global Adaptation: Adapt global social media plans to effectively resonate with the UK audience.
  • Brand Messaging: Craft compelling key brand messages tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns and editorial content calendars.
  • Stakeholder Guidance: Provide counsel to internal stakeholders on effectively managing social media issues and opportunities.
  • Agency Management: Oversee the relationship with our UK-based social media agency, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
