Objective of the Evening Room Care Specialist Role

Evening Room Care Specialist - About You

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred
  • A strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a flexible mindset
  • A proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for your work and collaboration with colleagues

Key Responsibilities of the Evening Room Care Specialist

  • To clean, maintain, and prepare hotel accommodations with pride, adhering to the standards set by the Head Housekeeper
  • To ensure that equipment in the housekeeping office and accommodations is organized and stocked to the required standards
  • To complete tasks assigned by the Head Housekeeper and collaborate on additional cleaning duties, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
  • To ensure that inventory lists are completed on the designated day and that supplies are stored appropriately
  • To report any maintenance issues and manage lost property
  • To ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and compliant with Health & Safety regulations, reporting any issues to the Head Housekeeper
  • All staff must confidently understand and execute the company's policies and procedures regarding privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
