Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review the monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll and Supplier Payments: Manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of our company's assets.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the Management Accountant in preparing the annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and realistic financial projections.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, experience with accounting systems (Sage X3 and Sage Payroll), and a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
