Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert support for our framework contract with Northumbrian Water.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting valuations and final accounts.
  • Identifying, pricing, and agreeing compensation events.
  • Costing new schemes and supporting regular cost value reconciliations.
  • Preparing formal budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Monitoring revenue and costs in real-time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience working for a major construction contractor.
  • Knowledge and experience of clean water network installation and maintenance.
