Our Services: As Low Carbon Consultants and Energy Assessors, we advise on a full range of sustainable engineering solutions across the built environment. With the privileged position of working directly for the end user and/or developer, this consulting engineering practice enjoys being engaged further up the construction food chain and away from purely working for contractors.
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a non-domestic energy assessor qualification, experience in the construction industry, experience with TAS software, although experience with similar packages such as IES VE or DesignBuilder is also acceptable, and a clean driving license.
Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Directors, producing building models and load schedules for plant selections, producing SBEM's and EPC's, energy surveys, preparing energy statements for planning, producing BREEAM reports i.e. Thermal Comfort, Passive Design, Low Zero Carbon, TM54 Operational Energy, etc.
