Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our proactive and innovative team as a Manufacturing Engineer.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engineering instructions from design definitions directly linked to the production process. This will involve independently creating instructions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality of the engineering method and Bill of Materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engineering instructions from design definitions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Produce department documentation
  • Implement and control changes to the product
  • Perform non-complex project reporting and scheduling
  • Provide informal technical support to team members
  • Contribute to the development of department processes
Requirements:
  • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to routine situations
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices
  • Good understanding of team integration with other teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recognition of the limits of their own knowledge
  • Sufficient experience to identify issues involved in their area of responsibility
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Engineering drawing reading and interpretation
  • Knowledge of Business processes and procedures
  • Experience of working with SAP and PLM systems
