ACS Performance is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Development Engineering Lead to lead a dedicated team of engineers and conduct commercial enquiry development activities on NWE assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Enquiry Development Engineers.
- Oversee the receipt and analysis of customer enquiries, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Develop and approve accurate and competitive pricing strategies based on customer specifications and market conditions.
- Provide high-level technical support to customers throughout the enquiry and bidding process.
- Ensure accurate records of customer enquiries, pricing decisions, and FEED study outcomes are maintained.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
- To be a Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Proven experience in pricing and cost estimation is essential along with proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong organisational skills are also essential.
- Financial acumen & budget setting and a Full Driving Licence.
- Good command of written English with experience in report writing.
