About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a leading contract catering company, we specialize in providing exceptional food experiences for children and staff in schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of healthy, nutritious, and fun menus for our students and staff. This will involve working closely with our culinary team to ensure the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of menus using provided recipes
  • Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety compliance
  • Production of hospitality services as per client requests
  • Supervision of the team
  • Building relationships with clients and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service

About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of education catering and experience with fresh ingredients
  • Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 (further training will be available)
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Computer literacy with experience of using different systems
  • Self-motivation, ability to use initiative, and a desire to learn and achieve
