Job Summary
TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Conveyancing team in the preparation of legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including conveyancing contracts and deeds.
- Conduct research on legal matters related to conveyancing.
- Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including data entry and document management.
- Work closely with the Conveyancing team to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyancing process.
Requirements
- Strong passion for law and a keen interest in conveyancing.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not essential.
