Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in CNC machining, ideally within the Furniture or Joinery manufacturing sector.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Comec, Homag, or Biesse CNC machines is highly desirable. Knowledge of Biesse B-Solid software is a strong advantage.
  • Work Ethic: We seek a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated individual who will be an asset to our team.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of workmanship.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a 2pm to 10pm shift pattern and transition to afternoon shifts later in the year.
Shift Details
  • Days: Monday to Thursday, 07:30am - 5:00pm | Friday, 07:30am - 2:00pm.
  • Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm starting later this year or early 2025.
  • Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional £200/month if no late or sick days are recorded.
