We are seeking dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA's) to join our dynamic team. Job Summary

The Higher Level Teaching Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Class Teacher, ensuring the seamless operation of the classroom and contributing to a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Pupil Welfare and Safeguarding: Actively contribute to the well-being and safety of all students.
  • Supporting Teaching and Learning: Assist in delivering engaging lessons, implementing individualized learning plans, and fostering a stimulating classroom atmosphere.
  • Pupil Attainment and Progress: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the Class Teacher to ensure academic growth.
  • Monitoring and Recording: Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant information.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor Teaching Assistants, fostering a collaborative and professional learning environment.
