Security Director

Entain Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Director to join our team. As a key member of our security leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies and policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and implement controls to prevent security breaches.
- Manage and maintain relationships with security vendors and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the security awareness and skills of employees.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Head of Security and other security leaders to ensure the effective management of security risks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a security leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing security risks and implementing security strategies.
- Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of security professionals.
