We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support services to adults in the community.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills. As a social worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of adults and developing care plans to meet their individual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and reviews to identify the needs of adults and develop care plans
- Work with adults and their families to provide support and guidance
- Manage a caseload of adults and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work flexibly
- Member of the PVG scheme
