Lutine Bell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies applicable to the business.
  • Keep the Regulatory Development Log up-to-date, including business impact assessments and regulatory updates, in a timely manner.
  • Conduct compliance-themed advisory reviews based on risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to business areas on compliance matters, including reviewing and approving new products, services, marketing materials, and remuneration.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel 2 days a week to support our Southwest offices.
  • 2nd Line experience in a Compliance Advisory role within a Wealth Management, IFA, or Platform business.
  • Working knowledge of and experience in using the FCA Handbook.
  • Ability to draft Compliance Oversight reports and other management reports.
