Legal Entity ESG Controller - Your Impact

With the growing focus on sustainable finance and ESG reporting, we're seeking a bright, driven professional to join our Controllers team in London. As a Legal Entity Controller for ESG reporting, you'll take ownership of non-financial reporting and support regional and global ESG reporting implementations. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of Group and its subsidiaries, including their business strategies, products, and associated technical sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements.

We're looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in the financial services industry and a keen interest in Sustainable Finance and ESG reporting. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes and implementation roadmaps for ESG reporting, produce ad-hoc, periodic, and annual ESG metrics and regulatory disclosures, and engage with external consultants and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a keen interest in Sustainable Finance and ESG reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial and highly organized, with attention to detail and a proven track record of execution and delivery under dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Experience in establishing or enhancing reporting processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-divisional teams
  • Inquisitive mindset, with the ability to assess risks and apply judgement and make pragmatic recommendations
