TPF Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading chartered accountancy firm in Canterbury, seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a medium-sized tax team, providing a varied personal tax service to individuals, directors, and high-net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a portfolio of 250-300 personal tax clients, ensuring professional standards are met.
- Be responsible for day-to-day tax compliance affairs, including identifying and consulting with colleagues and the Tax Partner on complex technical and risk matters.
- Provide advisory and planning services across CGT, IHT, and Trusts.
- Agree fees with clients, ensure timely client billings, and cash collection.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm.
- Support junior members of staff and review their work.
- ACCA/ACA/ATT or CTA qualified.
- Previous experience in personal tax compliance and planning is a bonus.
- Solid experience of working within an accountancy practice.
- Ideal 5 years of experience in Personal Tax.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiable dependent on experience and background.
- Study support if required.
