Overview

BNY is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Middle Office Collateral team in Manchester. This role is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of in-office work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and transaction processing.
  • Perform complex operational tasks, including reconciliations, accounting services, and updates to client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executing all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance, determining when complex problems should be referred to a supervisor or senior professional.
  • Review and check the work of other Client Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
  • High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in derivatives, reconciliations, brokerage, trade, settlements, and cash processing are transferable skills, but on-the-job product training will be available.
  • Process-mindset and interest in solving complex problems, performing reconciliations, and improving processes.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
