About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Strategy Developer to join our growing transport consultancy commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing winning commercial strategies for design and build projects and design frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for bid teams, taking into account project risks and company commercial expectations.
  • Work closely with the Bid Director to present commercial strategies through the organization's governance process, ensuring approval from senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to manage financial risk and opportunity across the business, from bidding to project delivery.
  • Work with project managers and directors to manage commercial risk and opportunities at a project level.
  • Advise teams on commercial contractual issues as needed.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Strategy Developer who can bring a strong understanding of NEC forms of contract and commercial contractual issues. You will have experience supporting the successful delivery of civil engineering projects and a proven track record of developing winning commercial strategies.
