Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of care services to individuals with diverse support needs. We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in the Greater Manchester area.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of support are delivered to our service users. You will work closely with our experienced and professional staff team to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs, and older adults with extra care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to service users on a daily basis
  • Assist with personal care, household duties, medication, and healthy living
  • Support service users in engaging with the local community
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to maintain the independence and dignity of service users

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the welfare of others
