Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers

We are seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join our team at Anderselite LTD.

Job Summary:

We have multiple Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer roles available in London, requiring candidates with FM & Maintenance experience, particularly in static or mobile settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and reactive works, diagnosing and repairing faults on building services, including AHU's, FCU's, pumps, motors, fans, belts, and filters.
  • Ensure the steam boiler is maintained as per OEM specifications and daily checks are carried out.
  • Carry out routine PPM on mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
  • Complete reactive tasks throughout the building, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Remedy plant faults and defects swiftly to maintain plant in serviceable order.
  • Provide suitable spares for maintenance and reactive works, including parts lists and estimated timescales.
  • Complete relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works, recording on the CAFM system.
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
  • Supervise and monitor sub-contractors' works while on site.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed with H&S awareness.
  • Comply with contractual KPIs/SLAs and keep the system up to date.
