We are seeking experienced Engineering Managers in Delivery, Technical, and Functional roles within the Aerospace sector.

As a Delivery Manager, you will leverage your engineering expertise to identify and implement solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. Your contributions will be vital in integrating various components and systems, ensuring that all engineering aspects are managed to the highest standards through effective governance. You will oversee the progression of our engineering solutions, taking necessary corrective actions to maintain product excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass the integration of engineering across all facets of Aerospace platforms and products, from initial concept through to final delivery. This position provides the chance to engage with numerous engineering disciplines essential for designing and developing our innovative product portfolio.

As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, comprehending their needs, and keeping them involved throughout the development process. You will influence a diverse team of skilled engineers while collaborating with non-engineering departments. Your role will include authorizing the integration of engineering systems at all lifecycle stages and ensuring that our engineering products meet the expected standards. You will guide your subject matter experts in proposing, developing, and delivering engineering solutions that align with customer requirements.

As a Functional Manager, your focus will be on enhancing our engineering capabilities by evaluating and implementing new tools and processes that are future-ready. You will be encouraged to explore innovative working methods and embrace new technologies. We are looking for Engineering Managers with diverse industry experience to complement our skilled teams engaged in advanced aerospace defense projects.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate with a systems engineering team in a highly regulated environment, working on significant platforms and projects, including ongoing support for in-service products and services. Work alongside various functions (engineering, project management, human resources, etc.) to support our engineers by applying your engineering knowledge and experience. Propose and develop engineering and business solutions to challenges throughout the product development cycle, ensuring high standards through effective governance. Manage the maturity of engineering solutions, taking corrective actions to ensure product excellence. Seek general engineering managers with leadership qualities and diverse experience in areas such as Bid Management, System Architecting, System Design, Test & Evaluation, and Product Qualification & Certification. Required Skills and Experience:

Essential: Proven experience in managing teams to deliver complex engineering solutions. Background in Systems Engineering activities related to the development of intricate systems across engineering lifecycles. Strong people management, leadership, communication, and IT skills. Desirable: Degree in a STEM subject or Chartered status. Familiarity with engineering tools and methods in a highly regulated industry. Experience with Model Based Engineering approaches and associated methods and toolsets. Benefits:
