About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHCP Case Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating EHC assessments and EHCP review processes, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and promoting inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate EHC assessments and EHCP review processes, adhering to the Children and Families Act 2014, the SEND Code of Practice 2015, and relevant statutory guidelines.
  • Support the work of Case Officers, facilitating a seamless flow of work and ensuring statutory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Arrange Panels, assist with mediation and tribunal matters, and collect and record data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain existing EHCPs, ensuring compliance with statutory processes and the provision of special educational needs support.
  • Request and collate required statutory advice, providing guidance on process and timelines.
  • Record data accurately and in a timely manner to support reporting on statutory timescales and other relevant subjects.
  • Coordinate communication between parents/carers, multi-agency colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Experience working within the field of special educational needs and disabilities, specifically in coordinating EHCP processes.
  • Knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014, the SEND Code of Practice 2015, and relevant statutory guidelines.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting data.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive education and supporting the needs of children.
