At Outcomes First Group, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to vulnerable young individuals. We are currently seeking a Residential Care Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in the Berkshire area.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Requirements:
- A valid UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
- A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent NVQ qualification is required.
As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and mentoring a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery.
We offer a competitive salary package along with a welcoming bonus of £500 upon starting and an additional £500 after six months of service.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals in our care. All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive Enhanced DBS check and will be reimbursed for the Update Service Fee.
