**Job Summary**

Freightserve, a leading freight specialist in the UK, is seeking a skilled Night Shift Export AOG Agent to join our team. As a key member of our export logistics team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of export shipments, from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all export documentation, including MAWB's and HAWB's
  • Complete customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Liaise with airlines and transport companies to ensure smooth shipment processing
  • Handle post-flight activities and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the team to meet tight deadlines and achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in air export logistics
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills

**Working Hours:**

The successful candidate will work a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, with working hours from 7pm to 7am.
