Job Summary

Dakota Leeds is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth service experience.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of our menu options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy throughout your shift.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a restaurant or dining room setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work at pace and be physically active for the duration of your shift.
  • Willingness to pour, serve, and sell alcohol.
  • Flexibility with shift patterns and availability to work around the needs of our business.
