Kingfisher is seeking a highly skilled Product Description Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that product description data and assets are acquired, translated, and communicated within agreed deadlines across all Kingfisher Group brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Project manage the end-to-end product description data collection process
- Deliver OEB product description acquisition in line with the customer product agreement (CPA) to the agreed brief
- Ensure that risks and potential mitigations affecting range change are escalated and communicated as required
- Become fully competent in the use of product information management (PIM) and vendor portal systems
- Work closely with the change control and PIM development teams to ensure seamless data delivery
- Passionate about how data is used to help customers buy products and its importance within a retail organization
- Tenacious and resilient in the face of strong opinions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Consideration for how something may impact other areas of the business
- Understanding of business processes
