About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Coach Driver to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a Coach Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a PCV Coach safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the coach is clean and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Manage passenger luggage and ensure it is securely stored on the coach.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Valid PCV Coach license.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with people.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy luggage.
