Multi Trade Carpenter Opportunity

A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join MMP Consultancy on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will involve working with a social housing contractor, covering Walton on Thames and KT postcodes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and patch plastering in both voids and occupied properties.
  • Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames.
  • Carry out works allocated by appointments.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have a basic DBS.
  • Hold a relevant trade qualification.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a half-hour break.

Requirements: Availability within short notice, social housing experience, and a driving license.
