Submarine Assurance Program Manager

Hourly Pay Rate - £65.00 PAYE or £85.77 Umbrella
Working Arrangement - Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)
Position Overview
- Oversee the formulation of the Engineering Management Plan alongside the Engineering Assurance Management Plan, ensuring alignment with the establishment of the Joint Design Authority and maintaining currency through a defined review cycle.
- Direct the creation and execution of the Technical Governance Policy for the Joint Design Authority, guaranteeing the delivery and secure management of technical governance outputs.
- Ensure that the evolving Technical Risk Management strategies within the Dreadnought Alliance accurately reflect both current and anticipated technical risks associated with the program.
- Experience in Engineering Management, ideally within an Assurance-focused role.
- Possession of an Engineering qualification or an equivalent degree in a scientific discipline.
- Typically requires Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent experience) or progress towards this qualification.
Candidates must be prepared to undergo full SC Clearance.
