Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: Up to £27,300 Per Annum

Hours: 5 out of 7 days, including 1 full weekend per month

Shift Pattern: Fixed shifts or flexible shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at iRecruit4. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Work closely with other team members and the Unit Manager to support the day-to-day running of the warehouse
  • Ensure that all team members are achieving their targets and are working to account-specific KPI targets
  • Responsible for making sure that Kronos and main attendance are updated daily and are correct
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Account Managers and Unit Managers
  • Responsible for ensuring that all RF Guns and other picking equipment are available for staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Kronos and main attendance
