As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the administration and processing of payroll for staff, as well as providing support to all staff for any 'on-line' payslip and P60 enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Process payroll for staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to set deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies, including HMRC, Department of Work & Pensions, and Trade Unions.
- Payroll Deductions: Manage payroll deductions, including childcare vouchers and attachment of earnings.
- Month-End and Year-End Processes: Undertake payroll month-end and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain full and complete accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
As a Payroll Finance Advisor with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will receive an annual salary of up to £30,000pa, plus 28 days holiday.
