About the Role

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will be part of our dynamic sales team, working closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to learn about our products, understand our customers' needs, and develop strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Chase down leads, influence, negotiate, and generate sales
  • Work towards sales targets and become an essential part of the external sales team

Requirements

You will then work your way through various departments, including the trade counter, to develop the skills needed for long-term success.
