About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Consulting Team at Premier Advisory Group. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and services to our clients across the UK education sector and other public sector fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform evidence-based solutions and recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality technical documents, including government applications, funding bids, and reports.
  • Manage and develop junior staff, providing training and overseeing their contributions to projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a related field, such as education, politics, or social policy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consultancy, education, or a start-up.
