We are pleased to offer Full Time, Part Time, and Bank Care Support Specialist positions within our dedicated community team. This team provides essential support to individuals in various locations.

Shifts may vary, with typical hours including early morning, daytime, and evening slots. Some roles may also involve overnight support.

No prior experience in care is necessary, as we are committed to your professional development and will provide comprehensive training through our esteemed learning and development team.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must possess a valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle. Travel expenses will be reimbursed during shifts, along with a fuel allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Specialist, your duties may include:

· Community Engagement - Supporting individuals in participating in community activities, including outings to leisure facilities and social events.

· Personal Assistance - Aiding individuals in maintaining their health and hygiene through personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.

· Household Support - Assisting individuals in managing their living environments by encouraging daily chores, meal preparation, and shopping.
